Shipping policy

We will only ship out to business addresses we can verify; please double check you have entered all your information correctly, preferably with the store name.

Shipping cut off for same-day processing is 2pm EST.  We always try to ship quickly, but if you need overnight/air delivery, order must be in before shipping cutoff to make our truck pickup.

For initial orders, if you have a residential address, we will reach out via your account email up to three times.  If we do not get a reply, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

USPS - We offer various shipping options depending on your location, however we have had more delivery issues with USPS lately including packages not getting scanned, delays in sorting, and packages marked "delivered" at the wrong location.  

Free shipping over $300 - This discount applies to contiguous USA order (not Hawaii or Alaska) and for orders of Stiletto brand products only (no aftercare/saline/setup.)  

For orders that qualify for free shipping, Stiletto reserves the right to choose the final shipping method/service.  If you need a certain delivery time or service provider, such as USPS Priority or UPS Next Day Air, you need to select and pay for that at checkout.

Aftercare shipping - If an aftercare shipment exceeds 70lbs or is shipping to AK/HI/Intl, Stiletto reserves the right to contact customer regarding total shipping fees and if shipping is too high to cancel an order.

Stiletto is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier/postal service.
